SNOWFLAKE/SNOWFLURRY ANNUAL Dear Fellow Owners: This has been a very busy year for the Killington Townhouses. We had a very long and harsh winter, which produced record breaking freezing temperatures and snowfall. This type of weather keeps the maintenance crew busy shoveling off roofs and getting rid of ice build up as to prevent any leaks inside the units. With not much of a spring season; clean up of the grounds and overall maintenance has been ongoing. The long summer days are a welcome sight! UNIT UPDATES:
The picture above shows the latest project completed. It is our hope that this new tile will help keep the carpet from being damaged.
This gives a brighter and cleaner appearance when first entering the unit. The carpeting in all the bedrooms have been replaced with a bright commercial grade berber. The ovens and microwaves were replaced with bisque colored GE appliances. The microwaves are space savers, which were installed over the ovens. This has created more space on the kitchen counters.

COLLECTION: Maintenance fee billing is mailed out by early November usually right after the Annual owners meeting. Payments are due by December 15th with a grace period till January 1st. Finance charges will accrue to any payments made after January 1st. We encourage any owner to call the office and set up a payment plan if they think they will not by able to get the full payment in on time.
